How to ask for a refund

eBook payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at drschuppert@gmail.com with your order reference. For printed books, email us with your order reference.

What happens next

Once your refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. The refunded eBook is removed from My Books.

Membership

The 30-day guarantee also covers your first membership payment. You can cancel the membership at any time; it then stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
